「着」

轻描淡写。一个静止的姿态。

他站着。           He's standing.            持续动作
门开着。           The door is open.         持续状态
他笑着说。         He said with a smile.     伴随
听着！             Listen!                   语气

两条路

着 = 动作还在保持 → be + -ing / 形容词 着 = 伴随另一件事 → with / while / -ing

他坐着吃。         He ate sitting down.
他哭着跑了。       He ran away crying.
开着灯睡觉。       Sleep with the light on.

动手

手机开着。

✅ The phone is on.

他笑着看我。

✅ He looked at me, smiling. / He looked at me with a smile.

别站着，坐下。

✅ Don't stand —— sit down. / Don't just stand there.

闭着眼睛。

✅ With eyes closed. / Eyes closed.
