两个选项。宁可 B，不要 A。

与其等他，不如自己去。       Better go myself than wait for him.
与其哭，不如笑。             Rather laugh than cry.

与其 A 不如 B = B 比 A 好 → better B than A / rather B than A

两个几乎互换。
