「非……不可」

中文最硬的必须。

非去不可。             Have to go, no way around it.
非他不行。             Only he can do it.
非这么做不行。         There's no other way.

非 X 不可 = 除了 X 别无选择 → have to / no choice but

三种译法

非 …… 不可（坚决）	insist on -ing

动手

今天非下雨不可。

✅ It's bound to rain today.

非他不行。

✅ Only he can do it. / It has to be him.

他非要去。

✅ He insists on going.

非这样不可吗？

✅ Is there no other way?

"bound to" —— 命中注定

He's bound to fail.        他非失败不可。
It's bound to happen.      非发生不可。

bound to = "注定、免不了"。带必然发生的味。
